Over the past 15+ years, Bosda has built a comprehensive product portfolio and established long-term relationships with major automotive parts importers and distributors. Supported by strategically located warehouses and an expanding range of applications, the company continues to evolve alongside market demand while maintaining a focus on consistency, availability, and service.
August 2007
Bosda International founded
Established in Toronto, Bosda began with a focus on aftermarket wheel hub assemblies and customer service across North America.
September 2007
Collaboration with Sihe (China) to develop the North American wheel hub market
Bosda initiated collaboration with a China-based manufacturer to develop the North American wheel hub market, including an equity stake in production.
September 2008
Bosda Inc. USA established to support North American customers
A U.S. entity was launched to better support customers and strengthen distribution capabilities across the region.
2009
Partnership established with KY / Sling for wheel bearing programs
Bosda expanded its product offering through a key partnership to develop and supply wheel bearing programs.
June 2012
Participated in the 3rd U.S. Department of Commerce Sunset Review
Bosda engaged in the U.S. Department of Commerce Sunset Review, reinforcing its position in the North American market.
2020
Strategic Collaboration with Youzhicheng (YZC) on wheel bearing kit programs
A new partnership was formed to expand capabilities in wheel bearing kit programs and product development.
December 2021
U.S. Operations Expansion
Bosda increased its U.S. distribution capacity with a new warehouse to support growing demand.
August 2022
Canada Facility Upgrade
Operations in Canada were relocated to a larger, modern facility to improve inventory management and service levels.
2019–2024
Expanded manufacturing footprint to Thailand
Bosda expanded its manufacturing footprint beyond China into Thailand to enhance capacity, flexibility, and supply chain resilience.
